POSITION TYPE FULL-TIME
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics.
- Draft, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations (including PowerPoint decks).
- Maintain confidential records and filing systems.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of senior management.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist with project tracking and reporting.
- Support onboarding and coordination of leadership events and initiatives.
- Order office supplies and manage general administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a senior-level administrative role.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Able to use the latest and new technology in an office environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to draft professional letters and create polished presentations.
- Pay close attention to detail and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in infrastructure, transportation, or northern operations is an asset.
- Understanding of Indigenous relations and northern communities is considered an asset.
Work Location
This position will be based in Winnipeg, with occasional travel or remote coordination.
