Job Summary
The Banquet Captain coordinates with the Sales and Catering Manager to ensure functions are set-up and served in accordance with Resort standards. Through strong customer service and a professional manner, the banquet captain ensures customers, visitor and guests are satisfied encouraging repeat business.
Qualifications and Requirements
Prior supervisor experience in a licensed establishment or other prior food & beverage experience is preferable. Customer service experience working with the public in a diverse environment would be beneficial. Must possess or be willing to obtain “Smart Choices Certification” in accordance with Manitoba Liquor laws; additionally, Food Handlers certificate would be beneficial.
The successful applicant must be available to work various shifts and holidays.
