About This Role
We are looking for caring, community-minded people to join our Claimant Outreach Team for the Children’s Special Allowance (CSA) Settlement.
The outreach team helps find and support people who may be eligible for settlement payments. Team members meet people where they are in the community, at local events, or through agencies to help them understand the settlement, check if they might qualify, and assist them with completing the claim form.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with community members in a respectful and supportive way.
- Explain the settlement and answer questions in clear, simple language.
- Help people fill out claim registration forms.
- Keep information private and accurate.
- Work with a supportive team and attend outreach events, including some evenings or weekends.
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need any specific schooling or previous experience to apply - we’ll provide full training.
We’re looking for people who:
- Are kind, patient, and comfortable talking with others.
- Want to make a difference in their community.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Are respectful of all cultures and life experiences.
- Can travel in the community (access to a car is helpful but not required).
