POSITION TYPE  FULL-TIME (Remote)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Performance Marketing Specialist leverages analytics, audience insights, and conversion optimization techniques to maximize ROI and collaborates with teams in UX/UI, product, and creative to deliver high-performing campaigns. Acting as a key contributor to the growth strategy, this role ensures the marketing teams efforts align with business objectives and elevates brand visibility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and optimize online advertising performance and ROI to drive online sales growth
  • Monitor KPIs and performance benchmarks aligned with business goals including ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, AOV, cart abandonment, and customer retention
  • Demonstrate technical proficiency with platforms including Meta and Google Ad Mangers, Avantlink and Google Analytics
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; communicate to interdepartmental teams and stakeholders
  • Build and refine audience targeting strategies using first-party and third-party data
  • Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns to maximize customer lifetime value
  • Manage product feeds and ensure accurate catalog integration for dynamic ads
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth

Ideal Experience

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive digital marketing experience, e-commerce, or online retail management experience is required
  • Proven track record of driving online sales growth through performance marketing is required
  • Deep understanding of regional market differences specific to U.S. vs. Canadian consumer behavior
  • Marketing Agency Management experience is an asset

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field is preferred
  • Shopify and Amazon credentials are considered an asset
