Thursday to Sunday – 9:45 a.m. – 7:45 p.m.
Job Summary
Slot Attendants will receive thorough training from South Beach Casino & Resort to provide excellent customer service to patrons and technical attendance for slot machines. You support the operations of the business through strong customer relations, following practices & procedures in accordance with gaming regulations, and attending to machine needs such as adding ticket rolls.
Qualifications and Requirements
Prior experience working with slot machines or VLTs is an asset, as well as experience in providing customer service to a large diverse clientele. Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships for future business is ideal. Teamwork philosophy to assist collaborate with other team members in support of SBC&R’s mission, vision, and values. Experience in cash-handling is considered an asset.
We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the successful applicant must be available to work various shifts and holidays.
